The service was well done

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me, and tried very hard to get two stains out. He even took time afterwards to research other measures I could try in order to get the stain up. He was very attentive. If your cleaners take this much time with each call, you will have loyal customers. I used Zerorez because the gentleman who cleaned the carpets at work was very helpful and did a wonderful job. I will recommend Zerorez, and I appreciate the military discount. The cleaner today even took time out to thank me for my service, and asked about my service. Very personable! His customer service was AMAZING!

Your tech was on time. Personable, professional, cared about our home,was in and out in about two hours. The carpet wasn't soaked and he put plastic or styrofoam under every piece of furniture when it went back in place. The price was a great value as we could not have rented a cleaner and all of the soap and gotten the rooms done in the time that it took Patrick. No nasty chemicals, and the house smelled fresh when he was all done.

Quick and efficient

My carpet looks amazing, which is no small feat after 7 years with 3 kids and 3 dogs. It dried quickly and
smelled pleasant. Keith and Isaiah were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They worked efficiently and were friendly. It can always be a bit awkward having strangers in your house, but it didn't feel that way at all with these two. I am beyond thrilled

Rachel was outstanding! Hardest worker I've had in my home in a long time. She cleaned 3 couches, a 20x20 living room, pillows and stairs. Superb attention to cleaning details, as well as protecting my floors, furniture, door jambs, etc... Appreciated also that she explained products & their purposes, but didn't push me to buy. Will most definitely have Zerorex in my home on a regular basis.
