No chemicals and very personable employees doing the work!

My service man was great (Rob, I believe) very personable and professional. He was at my house by 9am and gone by 10am. I haven't had my carpets cleaned in over 8 year and I took everything out of the room so I could have every inch cleaned. I knew they were very dirty and stained. My carpets are 29 years old and they get a lot of use with 5 people and 5 cats. After treating the stains and cleaning the carpets he was able to get 90% of the stains out. I would have been happy just to have the dirt and grime out of them. Far above my expectations and at a very nice price. Would definitely use them again and refer to family and friends.

All the pricing and options are upfront meaning there are no hidden charges. I never felt pressured to buy any services when I was informed of what Zerorez had to offer. We had our first floor carpets cleaned and we will definitely have them back to do our upstairs.

The lack of chemicals in the carpet but still having the carpet cleaned and smelling fresh. Having an 8-month old who crawls all over the carpet, no chemicals in the carpet was important to me.

Patrick and Spencer went above and beyond to help get rid of the stink on my carpets in one particular room. My house is finally back to smelling good. And the carpet looks amazing! In another room they were able to get the stains of red and blue Powerade out of the carpet. I honestly didn't think they'd be able to do that. But they did!! They gave me different options and actually took the time to discuss them and offer their best solutions. I appreciated that.
They were also courteous and professional! Even though I think it took them longer than they expected, they did not rush to get the job done. They were efficient and made sure it was all taken care of. Thank you Zerorez and Patrick and Spencer!!

Zerorez was great! The service I received was above and beyond from the first phone call I made until the time the tech left my house. They were very accommodating with my schedule issues. The tech explained to me what he was going to do and how he would remove the pet stains without causing an odor in the house. My carpets look great!
