Seemed to do a very nice cleaning of the two bedrooms I had done. The technician was very professional and I appreciated his honest opinion.
Our technician, Rachael, was awesome. She called in the morning to see if we wanted to move our appointment earlier and unfortunately we couldn't. She called later in the day to let me know she was on her way and arrived when she said she would. She was super friendly and professional and explained a few things about our carpet when she and I did the walk-through. She explained how we could pay a little extra to try and get some stains out and the extra treatment she used worked. We can barely tell where the stains used to be and are very pleased with the results. I was feeling a little anxiety about getting things out of the way for her to work and not being completely prepared (we are in the process of downsizing, packing and moving) and her easy-going attitude put me at ease. Since she knew we were getting the carpets cleaned so we could sell our house, she gave a us a few tips and tricks to helping the carpet continue to look great through the showings, including leaving some blue booties for us to use and showing us the carpet rake and explaining we could pick one up at Lowe's (we ordered one already). She's wonderful and if we weren't moving, I'd schedule her twice a year at least. I will definitely be recommending Zerorez and especially Rachael to my friends and family in the area.

Nick our tech was great. Very personable, friendly, you could tell that he really loves his job. My appointment was set for 4-7 on a Saturday, they called me saying they had a canceled appointment and would it be ok to come sooner. I thought that was just great. It's been 24 hours and our carpets smell great. And let me tell you, my wife and I thought we would have to get new carpets because of our dog. There is no question I will be letting everyone know about zerzorez!

How clean the carpets look
Excellent customer service. He assessed each stain and spot, treated it, and got our carpet looking almost new! The treatment had a pleasant orange smell and he was very reassuring that all cleaners are safe for our kids. The technician was efficient and early, and very patient and helpful. Would recommend this service for the price and quality to anyone.
At the end, we attempted to tip our technician for doing such a great job but he told us that was not necessary. Such great service from this company!
