State of the art equipment and Andre was very professional. He wore booties and took the time to explain the services thoroughly. Our yacht has never looked or smelled better. I've already passed the word around Fox Chapel Yacht Club. My wife is a high producing Realtor and she will use yinz when needed. Thanks for the accuracy of the estimate too, as other services I researched wanted a nonnegotiable service call fee and then they would get into pricing only after arriving on site. Friendly estimate over the phone. Reasonable base price. Brian the technician was enthusiastic, professional, energetic, efficient, polite, positive attitude. Came in and got the job done. Clean operation, clean equipment. Came when they said they would come.

Our tech Taylor explained everything to my wife and I on what he was doing ..we had pet stains and food stains.
He was polite and very professional. The next day the carpet was completely dry and no stains or smell was there. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future and recommending them to our friends.

This company's commitment to customer satisfaction is unbeatable! We hired them to clean the carpet at our new apartment before we moved in. I was very happy with the results but thought I noticed a residue on a small patch of carpeting. So, in error, I originally rated them an 8 out of 10 (which I thought was a pretty good rating). However, Zerorez was not satisfied with that rating and actually contacted ME several times so that they could come back to "redo any areas of concern". I was shocked that they weren't satisfied with an 8 out of 10!
Where I work, part of my job includes carpet cleaning, so I am quite familiar with the process. The original technician did everything right. (I am recovering from surgery, so I was unable to do the job myself.) However, I thought that perhaps the extraction equipment malfunctioned. As it turned out, the issue with the small patch of carpet was caused by our landlord, not by Zerorez. And, even though the problem had nothing to do with Zerorez, the Specialist that they sent the second time went out of her way to show my husband the problem and advise us, on a personal level.
I will never hire a different company and I recommend Zerorez to everyone, anytime the opportunity arises!

My house smells so clean & my carpets look new! No soapy residue.

Taylor worked hard to get the carpet clean and the stains out of the carpet. It seemed the equipment was new and not the usual old equipment.

On time service, technician was very friendly and professional, did a great job!!!

Mike was very professional while in our home. He explained the process and then took great care to protect walls and furniture while completing the job. When done and dry, the carpets look wonderful...clean and refreshed.

Now the cleaning process;

As normal for us, I hire a cleaning company to clean after I complete a home remodeling project as I normally do for my customers. Rachae'ls assessment of problem areas was on target. Her pre-treat was substantial, As the cleaning process commenced Rachael waited to clean the pre-treat areas until sufficient time passed to lift the stains, of course it worked. The job did entail a whole house, now it's 9;00 at night and she's still working. Amazingly as the hours passed her attention to detail never did. A perfect: job:,customer service, friendliness, respect for our home, product education, and most amazing today, her corporate philosophy and loyalty willing to stand behind her work by giving us her cell number in case we had any issues. Our carpets look like new and after years of using others for my clients, I'm hooked ,I found the best value out there and I'll use them for my clients as well. Your work will help my company look good.

As far as Rachael, Super hard worker, ethical and customer oriented. I had 300 employees, if they were all like Rachael I would have only needed 150. Treat her right, I offered her a job to work for me but she said she really likes her boss and the company so she's staying put. Watch out, I will try to hire her from you.
