The service was easy to schedule and the pricing was explained clearly. The technicians were the best we have ever had. They were respectful of our home, very good at describing the process and how they would approach the work. Also thorough and made sure the vent covers were cleaned. And completely cleaned up after they were finished.

Everything always do a great job

We had a great experience! Our technician was very thorough and did a really nice job on our carpets.

First time with Zerorez so won't go above a 9 - too soon to tell. The rating is a 9 because both the phone support and the technicians who did the work were top notch professionals.
