The Technician Dave took his time and really did a wonderful job. There were a couple of bad pet stains that where in the rug for awhile. He did a tremendous job on trying to get it all out. The rugs look clean and brand new...The wonderful clean smell was so refreshing !

Service people were very nice and polite. No false promises were made. We know we had bad pet stains on a hard to clean carpet in one room. We were told beforehand that a few of the the stains may not come out. This type of honesty is greatly appreciated. The three rooms all look great. Better than we expected. With the pretreatment prices the total cost almost tripled from the advertised price but it was worth it. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
