The carpet does not feel sticky or like there is a residue. This gives me comfort that the heavy chemicals are not embedded in the fabric as it was with the other carpet cleaners.

That my carpets do look brand new. However, your crew did not follow instructions to relocate a small empty bureau from a bedroom to the vinyl covered kitchen so that all the carpet would be exposed.
