The cleaning done by our tech, Cody was very good. The citrus smell was very pleasant. Cody was very through in explaining the cleaning process and the products used. He reviewed any spots or areas of concern and offered solutions to these problem areas.

I hadn't had my carpets professionally cleaned for a few years (most of house is hardwood)but it was time. Between my giant breed dog and me, they needed it. I also had some old pet stains (from friend's dogs, not even my own) that needed addressed.
I've heard good things about the company and their service. The #1 priority was the safety to my dog. Your tech came and was able to remove those pet stains that were there for years. That impressed me!
