It's very easy to set up an appointment. Our tech called 30 minutes ahead to let us know his ETA, arrived on time, and did the job very quickly! We just have two sets of stairs we get cleaned every so often but we've used Zerorez every time and have been very happy with them!
Highly recommend ! John Jackson was our tech and he was wonderful. Kind, professional, worked very hard, explained everything to my elderly mother, did a wonderful job and should be commended. We requested him because he did my daughter’s house.
Nice fresh smell with no soapy feel on dried carpet. Service people are usually very friendly and knowledgeable carpet cleaning is better without soap!!
