Great friendly service from Caitlin. Updated me on arrival time which was a little earlier than projected and the accurate estimate for the work time. Advised me on the process and expected results. Worked efficiently and made my carpets much cleaner and brighter in living room, dining room, family room, hallway and stairs. Did good job on the dark spots. I could really tell difference in the carpeting and air quality feels much fresher.

Zerorez got stains out of a beige. Carpet that I never thought would come out. They cleaned my sectional furniture and it looks like new.

As a person with allergies I like that it’s just water and not a lot of chemicals. I’m a repeat customer and they do a quick but thorough job. Also while they give you a 3 hour window they do call when they’re close.

Carpets are nice and clean.
I suggest you include a pair of Booties for customers to wear while carpets are wet.
I would consider paying for a pair of waterproof booties that fit over shoes.
Very good cleaning system
This was my first time usuing Zerorez. The technician was Devonne and he was wonderful. Very courteous and respectful. He knew his job and explained everything thoroughly. I told him if I need your services again, I'd like him to come again.
The tech did a great job with our rugs. I never thought it was going to turn out that nice.
The rugs were pretty dirty from foot traffic.

Although the price for cleaning the furniture was higher than expected, the service tech did a terrific job with the cleaning. He very carefully cleaned every inch of each piece. The result was great.

Everything was exceptional but I especially love the way Zerorez machines take up 85% of the liquid and leave the carpets almost dry. It is a delight when I get my carpets cleaned by Zerorez!
