Mr. Lance was super professional and masterfully efficient with his job. I have three cats and two mechanical men in this house so the carpets were rough. They haven’t been cleaned in years. He came in, saw what he was working with, made his recommendation, listened to my concerns, and we came up with a plan. He was more than happy to explain what he was doing when I was observing because it was amazing to see the carpet come clean and him work his magic. Literal magic was what he did with my carpets. I am mind-blown at the difference. If you are considering doing it, just do it! I wish I did it sooner!

Paul, the supervisor who was backfilling due to call-offs, was courteous & pleasant. Temps were in the 90s & I was a late afternoon appointment.

Hallways & steps were quite dirty. After he cleaned, they look great. I will request Paul to clean 2nd floor carpet in August.

Technician called ahead of arriving and was very professional. Tech did a walk thru before hand to understand scope and cost of cleaning.

Our guy ( I wish I could remember his name!) was very nice and friendly? professional, kept my house very neat and clean. He did a fantastic job cleaning our stained carpets and rug! I do think the service was pricey/somewahat over-priced.
