I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with my carpet service by ZEROREZ. I have 26 year old carpets with tons of wear and tear stains. I heard of the product on the Radio (the fan and KISS) and called and scheduled for the following week. RACHEL was the TECH that came to help and she was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. She told me the science behind the products and made sure that I understood what exactly it was she was doing. I was so pleased with the results it appears that I won't have to buy new carpet at all and next time the carpets get bad again ZEROREZ will be on speed dial. I was so thrilled with the turnout that I bought the cleaner and dog cleaner. I will say that i've used the dog cleaner for my puppy probably 25+ times with no lasting marks. AND i used the powdered cleaner to SUCCESSFULLY remove and entire glass of wine that fell onto my carpet. This is no joke, almost had to break up with the girlfriend... no traces of stain anywhere. if this doesn't make anyone a believer I don't know what will, anyways team zerorez all the way.

Call center/ Costomer service should be local so they have a little bit of a clue. I live about twenty minutes from local location but they wanted to charge me a pretty high minimum??

Both Dave and Taylor did excellent jobs with the furnace pipe cleaning and the rug cleaning. It was amazing how much dirt was cleaned out of our pipes and the carpet looks great!They were both very professional and I certainly would use your services again !
