Your employee took great care in protecting our home, before, during and after the service.. He used booties, corner guards to protect our walls, and he had a neat door seal to stop the cool air from going out the front door. He took the time to inspect my house prior to starting the service and he also gave me a brief rundown on what to expect out of his service.

Service was great. They took care to place drop cloths down and doorway guards to protect the wood frames. Explained that some areas may be hard to get perfectly clean in high traffic areas. Love the fresh smell and the quick drying!
My rugs are old and have not been cleaned in years. I was amazed at how clean the rugs came out especially the basement steps. The gentleman who do my rugs was very pleasant, polite and work very hard. He did a wonderful job and worked very hard and efficiently. I would recommend your company to all my friends and family.

Tech stated that the hallway might not come completely clean. He indicated that there was damage to the fibers, but he would do all he could to get the best results. He asked if I liked what saw and to call if anything was not to my liking.
