The young man who cleaned our carpets was exceptionally thorough, moving all tables, love seat, sofa, and getting back in all the corners,nooks,and crannies. He spent a substantial amt. of time to clean all areas, even throw rugs on landing, which I thought weren't included in price. Was also very polite. I would definitely give him and Zerorez all 10s. My carpet looks like it did 18 years ago, when new. Just please include more coupons in Val-Pak, or Clipper mags, or online, so I can afford to do it more often. Sincerely, Mary Lou Spohn-Meyers

First of all, the technician was credible and likable. Second he did everything that was expected and then some. Third, the finished product was excellent and the price was right on agreement. Fourth and very important, there was a mistake made when scanning my check that resulted in a 500.00 error, in the company's favor. I got a phone call and a certified check in the matter of a few days. This goes to the company's credibility and desire to please.
