The technician (Nick) was courteous and after I inspected the area - I noticed a spot and when I inquired about it - he worked on it to get it out with a hand held solution and also checked for any others on that carpet. My housemate noticed that there was no bothersome odor that sometimes occurs with carpet cleaning. Also the people I dealt with on the phone were pleasant and courteous.

I like the fact that no chemicals were used & drying time was fast. We also were provided with plastic booties while carpets dried. I liked the fact that styrofoam blocks were placed under all the furniture. I was very pleased with the service & would recommend to friends & family.

All of the Zerorez employees were courteous, friendly, and professional. I had no problems. Everything was exactly as they had told me, i.e. when they would call. Rob arrived exactly 15 minutes after he had called me. The job was done within 1 1/2 hours. I and my husband were very satisfied with the results--for carpet that is at least 17 years old, it looks great!
