Cody was my technician and he was fantastic. Due to a mix up with the scheduling I was the fifth house he was to clean. He gave me all the time that was needed. He worked very hard at stubborn stains, and constantly checked with me to see if I was satisfied. I haven't tried the new products he sold me, so I cannot comment on those.

I am always amazed at how clean the carpets are after a cleaning as they look brand new! I appreciate the technician as he is always so polite and hard working! Would absolutely reccomend as there is absolutely no residue left on the carpets and my allergy born pup does not get irritated when rolling around of the carpets!

Zerorez did an unbelievable job cleaning or carpet and tile. The technician was very efficient thru the cleaning. He explained the process, walked thru the house and showed me all the areas to be cleaned and the challenges that were within them. Then he gave me an unbelievably fair estimate for the amount of work that was to be done. The process was simple and done in a fair amount of time considering the amount of surface to be cleaned. The floors looked amazing when they were done. I would definitely recommend zerorez to everyone looking to have their floors cleaned.
