Quickly got back to me in figuring out what services I wanted and was very convenient with scheduling! I like the fact that less chemicals are used - the technician, Dave, was great and knew exactly what to do and how to treat our smelly pet carpeting. Was fast and efficient and the best part is that our carpets seriously look brand new and there are no 'carpet cleaning chemical' smells afterwards! Will absolutely use Zerorez again!

Patrick Staub was very professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets and stairs. The cost was reasonable and was happy the carpets didn't smell like a perfume factory. There is one problem though. It seems the basement stairs smell when the door is closed to the garage and upstairs. My husband notices it when he leaves for work and comes home in the evening. Could there have been to much liquid used and then not fully extracted??? What can be done to eliminate odor?

Rob the technician was very professional. My carpets are so clean. I didn't think that it was a possibility to get them that clean!

Technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave strong recommendations what was needed and what was not. 13 year old capers look brand new with no evidence of re-staining a week later as happened in the past with other carpet cleaning services.
