Everyone I interacted with from the customer service workers on the phone to the technician who came to my home were all very professional, personable and helpful. The technician arrived and completed the job within a reasonable time frame and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I also love that zerorez is chemical free and uses green cleaning products/water. My home smelled so fresh and the carpets dried within no time at all. I will definitely be using zerorez again in the future!
I originally learned about you when my gf MaryJane Novoselski had her carpets cleaned in her new place. We both bought the cleaner kit. I bought mine for my daughter-in-law who does her rugs constantly...she has 2 small kids & dog. My house warming present to my daughter's new place was to pay for her to get the carpets cleaned. She has cats and was VERY pleased with how they turned out. I wanted a product that wouldn't harm the cats in any way & your product is very natural & eco-friendly...will tell other people. Your guy that did them was very nice & helpful....LOVED him.

When I received the call to confirm the appointment I was scheduled for the afternoon, though I was hoping for morning. I was happily surprised when I received a call the morning of my appointment asking if I'd be interested in them coming earlier since the early appointment had finished quicker - I was more than willing! The technician was very respectful of the apartment and the space he would be in. He took his time and made sure he explained to me what he was going to do. The citrus smell was very pleasant and there wasn't a lot of noise from the machine. The technician made sure I was completely satisfied with the job before he left. I think this was the first time the rugs had been professionally done and they looked amazing! From the person I spoke with for the estimate and to book the appointment, the person who left the message to confirm the appointment, the technician and the person I spoke with after on the phone (wanted to confirm - again - I'd get an email receipt)everyone was polite, very helpful and very friendly. Now that I own a home I won't hesitate to use Zerorez again and will tell everyone I know about them and their service.
