I really like that the products are safe for kids, and the house did not smell like chemicals. The carpets look brand new, and I am very excited about the results. Also, the technician Rob Little was FANTASTIC! I've had technicians for different services come to the house, but Rob exceeded expectations in customer service. He took the time to explain and make sure I was comfortable with the process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make a phone call for me regarding air duct cleaning. I am very satisfied with the results and Rob. Thank you for making this a great experience!

Fantastic. Zerorez always provides an excellent experience.

I had my carpets cleaned 3 weeks ago and my air ducts cleaned yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results of both! I was concerned with having the work done since I have asthma and worried it may flare my symptoms. I spoke with a representative at Zerorez and they listened and addressed any concerns I had with the process. Ultimately I had no asthma flares from either process and I truly believe it has helped my breathing! I can't thank Zerorez enough for making my carpets look new again and giving me sparkling clean air ducts! I will definitley recommend and use Zerorez in the future!
