The ZeroRez rep was very professional and worked diligently to complete the job. He put up corner protectors everywhere so as to not damage the walls and installed a form-fitting entryway tarp to keep all of the cold air out of my house. My carpets came out looking like-new. I would use them again.

My technician was courteous, informative, and friendly. He clearly explained the products and procedures. He was in and out in a timely fashion. We loved the fact that the products had a pleasant but not strong scent. Our carpets are extremely clean and soft! Quick drying time too.
It seemed like when my carpets were cleaned by other companies in the past the carpets looked great when they left, but the stains would reappear shortly after. Your company actually removes the stains permanently. Also, your technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. This last service was with Joe and he was amazing. I will definitely request him in the future.
