Your technician came at the time he was scheduled, worked to clean our chairs and carpet, and left the room looking beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the results. He was friendly and very efficient. The price was reasonable for the service he preformed and the time he spent here. I would certainly recommend Zerorez to friends and family. The young man Cody was very polite and did a great job. He was on time did his work and explained the products and service that your company offers. My only problem is with 2 spots that are still there but didn't show up until the carpet completely dried. That is why I gave a 9 instead of a 10.

The installer Robert L. was professional and talked me through the process of what he was doing. I pointed out the trouble spots to him and he let me know that they all may come out (except a bigger spot of foundation makeup that was spilled. They all came out (the makeup got much lighter)and I am happy with the process. I'm hoping that the carpets stay cleaned and that the spots don't return in a couple weeks like they do when I clean spot clean my rugs.
