Scheduling was very easy. I called in multiple times and the first time was just to get a few questions answered and the 2nd call in was to schedule the appointment. I had heard good things about this company and after talking to them on the phone multiple times I was even more impressed. Got email and phone call confirmations / reminders leading up to the appointment and the driver even called when he was in route and they stuck with there estimated time window which allowed me to plan out my day. The tech Taylor who was at the house did a great job and was friendly and professional.

The corner protectors and the door cover that was put up was a nice touch. Carpets came out the same as Stanley Steamer, but the little things like the corner protectors and blue door screen were nice.

From the initial quote appointment to the actual cleaning, Zerorez exceeded my expectations. Rachel Kulka was so knowledgeable and helpful at the initial estimate appointment that I actually requested her to be present at the cleaning appointment too! The cleaning procedure did a wonderful job on our retail store's very dirty carpets and dried completely by morning so there was no disruption to our business. I am so pleased that I plan on using them in my own home!
All of my carpet looks great. They were very professional and know their product. I called back regarding a small stain that didn't come out originally and they were happy to come back out and address it. They retrated the area and the stain is gone. Excellent job. Kudos to Rachel and John.

I didn't the idea of leaving the cleaning chemicals in the carpet before I heard of Zerorez. When you were first advertised on WDVE, I decided to look into it. I was very, very satisfied with woman who provided the service and love the way the carpets look.
That they are safe for kids and pets
The carpet felt brand new, and this is the second people we've had try to get the stains out of the carpet, the first place was more expensive and got no stains out. Zerorez, although didn't get them all out, did a MUCH better job and all the ones that didn't come out were greatly reduced.

Patrick staub your tech came to me on a redo.... Boy from the time he got here he walked me through the process answering all my questions with a professional attitude. He then proceeded to set up shop...including orange cones outside on the sidewalk so passersbys won't trip...to setting up in house wall corner protectors from the hoses they use. Special detail was given on stains and wherever I showed Patrick. Getting down on his hands and knees scrubbing and even using the iron trick was impressive. He got every single stain out including paint. Zerorez has got themselves a superstar that I'll never forget to tell about...trust me I know how to give credit wherever its due...thanks PATRICK STAUB you are a HERO IN SERVICE! GOD BLESS! The technician was very courteous...explained everything and was VERY thorough with job he did. I am totally satisfied and have already recommended them to someone. The rugs look almost new in spite of being older rugs. They actually look brighter and softer believe it or not. Do give them a try.

Bradley Goe was our technician. I would highly recommend him to work for family and friends. He paid very close attention to my requests and needs (son has allergy and health issues). He did a thorough job; was diligent and exercised caution using the equipment in my home around furniture and baseboards. I was very satisfied with how clean the carpets were when he was done---better than companies we have used in the past!
