It is not harmful to pets and is completely dry when you leave. The team that came in was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. They only recommended services that I absolutely needed and advised about the rest. I will use this service again.

The technician was prompt, very nice, and did a good job. There are a few missed areas that are very obvious in some light, and not noticeable at all in other light. I don't think the misses are his fault - with the light in the house and the color of the carpet it can be difficult to see. I'll probably have to have the living room and hall done over again.

I did love the fact that the carpet dried quickly and there is no smell to it at all. I'll definitely use them again.
