I am a first time customer with Zerorez and had a fabulous experience today. My carpets look like new, there was no funky smell and the drying time was only a few hours. Once I called to get an estimate for grout cleaning, I was able to get on the schedule within a few days. The tech, Rob, who came out to do the cleaning was very friendly. He was able to answer any questions I had. He offered suggestions for future services, but did not do it in a pushy manner, which I really liked. My grout looks great, almost like new. However, I decided to get the grout sealant, which has left a filmy residue on my tile giving it a cloudy look and footprints are visible when you walk on it. I mopped my floor twice and got down on my hands and knees and cleaned it with a towel and warm water. Still, the floors are filmy and dull. I am so frustrated because I am having a party tomorrow and was happy to have clean floors for it. Now, they look a mess. I am very happy with the way my grout turned out and the tech Rob. I am very disappointed in the residue left on my floor, given the company's name is Zerorez!
