Tech was very good worker and professional

Everything went smoothly. For the duct cleaning, it was not communicated that they would cut into the ventilation. I inquired about this and they said no on the phone. It was ok in the end, jut make sure you tell customers EXACTLY what is going to happen when you get that service.

I had a very good experience with zeroorez. I got an appointment quickly, Ryan explained everything very clearly before cleaning and gave options on how to tackle my particular stains. He called before arriving to pin point his arrival time. Once we decided on the procedure he went to work very efficiently and checked with me at the end to see if I was satisfied and if there was anything I wanted him to address further. Everything was very thoroughly cleaned and he replaced furniture with plastic under to protect the carpet while still damp. I would definitely use them again and certainly request Ryan.
