The carpets look great and cleaned much better then expected. Taylor was great as well- he took the time to explain things and really took care in his work, making sure we were happy, and ensuring that the carpets were the best they could be. Very professional, took priority in covering floors and using extream care in protecting corners so the hose doesn't harm wood or paint.
The weather outside was a bit cold durning the cleaning, I was happy to see the front door to my home was also covered as to help with the
outside temps blowing inside my home.
I was shocked to see the difference when I didn't think my carpet was even that dirty!
The carpets were left slightly damp and dried quickly to a soft finish.

Responsiveness of company - showed up on time, services were as described, explained what they were doing as they did it, moved furniture and were great with my dog... My carpet had never been cleaned in 6 years and the day afterwards I was excited to walk around in my bare feet and was enforcing no shoes on the carpet!

The employees were professional and efficient. They explained everything that they were going to do. Also asked if everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I liked that no chemicals were used.

The fact that it really works, I never had my carpets so clean plus there were no hidden charges the guys that came were professional they explained everything in detail which I like I will be calling Zerorez again in the future
