Chris Compton was the Technician that completed the work at my home. He was very professional and had a very strong knowledge of the products and services Zerorez offered. He explained them in a way that was easy to follow and answered any questions I had. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. My Wife and I are extremely happy with the result. Carpets dried very fast. The tech took great care to prevent damage to corners and also used shoe covers. In addition blocked the door to prevent intrusions from pests. My tech was very good as well.
The service person, Christian was very thorough. He even put a screen up on the open door. Cleaned very well.
We were very amprehensive about getting our carpets cleaned, as we had a horrific experience with a local carpet cleaning company in 2015 and sustained unreimbursed damage to our property. From our first phone encounter with your scheduling staff,and subsequent service we couldn't be happier. Joe, our technician, was totally professional, and provided excellent service from start to finish. We had all of the carpets cleaned that day, and Joe spent time answering questions that we had about the process, and made the experience a great one. We are Zerorez customers for now on!
Everything went as was told. The technician (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. He did a great job and again everything was done as expected. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will also use Zerorez for other services in the near future.
