No harsh chemicals
The technician was on-time. He took a 17 yr old carpet and made it look almost new!! No harsh smells. Wonderful!
Service was prompt and fast. Mr. Joseph Bizic was courteous and explained the process. He explained the cost and gave us options. He was able to remove the blue laundry detergent stains on our carpet and cleaned the rest of the carpet very well. We are very happy with the turnout and will definitely get his services again. We will also recommend this company to our friends.

Christian was very thorough an at the same time expedite. He accomplished a lot in one visit. Everything is fresh and clean, looks like new. The carpet and upholstery dried out quickly. I would definitely recommend the service.

The technician (Joseph) could not have been better. Product worked great on a horrible stain that has been in the rug for over 4 years (which had not come out at all with another service. Rug "feels" clean. I already recommended you to a co-worker.
