2nd time using Zerorez and I just love them! We had to get our boat rugs & cushions cleaned due to a break in. Small job but it was a muddy mess! Had no problems making the appointment. Tech showed up earlier than scheduled which was great. Priced everything out and made adjustments to what we needed and what could wait. Did a wonderful job, so good in fact that we we'll hire them again before the holidays.

Technician was very thorough, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I love the clean, non-chemical smell after they are cleaned. I can relax knowing that having my carpets cleaned this way is safe and non-toxic, yet they still look amazing.
