Ease of scheduling and lots of availability. Communication before arrival, letting me know approximate time he would be there within the selected time frame. Called when 20 minutes out, so I knew to expect him, Technician (Brandon) was very courteous and; wore mask and shoe covers the entire time. Brandon educated me about the process and did an excellent job, very efficient. Was forthcoming about his work experience and how well his employer treated him and the other employees, and how respected they are of each other.

The duct cleaning service was thorough and professional. Carpet cleaning was a bit lessl satisfactory - the carpets are much cleaner, but I ended up moving several heavy pieces of furniture that the technician indicated were to heavy for him to move ( I am 70, he was much younger).

We used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for the first time on January 15, 2021. Everything about the experience was excellent, except that the carpets were cold and damp for the better part of a full day. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with the results. Our technician, Andrew L. was professional yet personable, explained the entire process to us ahead of time, performed the job efficiently, and was punctual. He arrived on time and finished actually 15 minutes ahead of schedule. There was a small bit of confusion regarding our billing, but the phone representative explained what we did not understand clearly. Payment online was easy and secure. I'd definitely use Zerorez again and recommend the company to others. Thanks.
