After what seemed to be relentless calls from your manager/call center in regards to service issues I now understand.
Let me reiterate, First name removed was fantastic, he told me the stains were permanent, I understand that but I don’t understand the logic behind you all not being able to release staining from natural fiber. Acting like Hair dye makes sense but it was only soda. Understand that the soda has dyes as well but to me a carpet cleaning company should be able to take care of this stuff.
