I am a return customer. Their carpet cleaning technology is 2nd to none. The carpets are beautifully clean and there is never any soapy residue. The carpets dry quickly and they look amazing. We recently had our carpets cleaned after our beloved dog passed away. He was quite a shedder! After the cleaning appointment, there is no lingering dog hair on the carpets. I miss my dog but don't miss the dog hair. Thanks Zerorez!

Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and pricing thoroughly, and once I decided what to go with, he got to work and was done in about an hour and a half. The carpet looks great, and I’m much more comfortable walking around on it knowing that it’s clean and sanitized. The upstairs was dry in a few hours, and the downstairs (which was done last and a denser carpet) by the next morning. I definitely recommend this service to anyone buying a home!

Scheduling was a breeze! I was able to get service out the same week which was great. David, the tech, called to let me know when he would be arriving which helped since I have 2 pups that I needed to put in a separate room. He arrived on time and was quite friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me an estimate before doing any work. When the work was finished David game me some last instructions and was on his way. Carpets look and smell amazing! Would absolutely recommend to all!
