Dave the tech that was on site was great. He knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently and my carpets look wonderful. I had Zerorex clean my carpets a few years back, but they didn't look this nice, and I believe it was because Dave was conscientious and a hard worker. Thank you, Dave! (I hope I remembered his name correctly.)
