I was overall very happy with our service. It is now two days post service and there are no lingering odors from the previous stains and the carpets look their original colors. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only minor issue (and this has nothing to do with our technician he was great) the sales lady on my initial call led us to believe it was a flat rate for the bio cleaner and we came to find out the day of service it was per room. So my only criticism would be to please be upfront about the addons.

Timely, thorough and pleasant

Tech was very thorough. Asked about problem areas and did a good job. Only problem truck cleaning equipment broke down in middle of cleaning. He had to wait for another truck to finish the job. It probably added an hour to the service. Overall tech apologetic , pleasant and got the job done.

I used Stanley Steamer the last time and I could still smell the cat pee in certain places. I have an older cat who has a hard time getting around and sometimes has accidents on the carpet. This time I decided to use Zerorez. It was more expensive but the cat pee smell is gone and the carport feels and looks like new again.

Tech did a good job went over places that were stained a couple of times.

Lance at Zerorez was absolutely fantastic. He was so professional and kind and really explained everything to us - you would think that it's just carpet cleaning, but he explained it very thoroughly to us what we were getting and what it meant. After what seemed to be relentless calls from your manager/call center in regards to service issues I now understand.
Let me reiterate, First name removed was fantastic, he told me the stains were permanent, I understand that but I don’t understand the logic behind you all not being able to release staining from natural fiber. Acting like Hair dye makes sense but it was only soda. Understand that the soda has dyes as well but to me a carpet cleaning company should be able to take care of this stuff.
