Everything was great!

The team was very kind and professional. The only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 was there was debris left in several spots by the vents. I think their vacuum died, but nothing was said to us. They could have used ours or just made us aware before leaving.

Really liked the good service and how fast it was.

There was not a strong chemical smell and the carpet dried within a few hours. I took before and after pictures which showed a completely different tint in my carpet and I was shocked at how much residue came up. Our technicians pulled up a large amount of white dog hair from the previous owners even after I had vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpet multiple times myself. The customer service and performance was over the top amazing and I could not have been more pleased.

Servicemen were on time and courteous. They adjusted their schedule and worked long hours to accommodate my timeline for services. Ductwork "before and after" pictures were incredible!

Great service and cleaning went well. Came back out as well to address additional concerns after first cleaning. Fair price and great service. Will use again for future service.
