Great, reliable service! Technicians are always thorough, polite, and highly professional. Great job every time. I believe that using Zerorez on a regular basis extends the life of my carpets. I use Zerorez in my home and require my tenants to have the carpets cleaned by Zerorez when they vacate my investment properties. As a real estate professional, Zerorez is the only company I recommend for clients needing carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile, and ductwork cleaning. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and would never consider anyone else!

1st time user. I loved that they were early!! My service window was between 1and 4pm and he called ahead to say he was on his way. He started the job at 1230!

Spoke with Rachel and she had remedied my issues prior to the tech arriving the second day. I couldn’t help but to submit a bad review on the call center and poor dispatching. The tech we had did fine and all is well on our end. Highly recommend the local people at your company, cant say nearly the same for the individuals throwing appointments around or a call center with half a** answers and crap discounts to keep you scheduled!

I really liked the professionalism if the men, Andrew and Matt; they really knew their job and even tested the area rug to see if it was able to be cleaned without damage. They arrived exactly at the time they promised and even called prior to that time to let me know they would be ten minutes earlier than promised. I would definitely call Zeroez again for carpet cleaning or any services they provide that are needed in our home. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to those who ask.
