I like that you don't use harsh chemicals that could be harmful to the environment, or leave residues in your carpets. Your service people are professional and are finished in a short amount of time,
Our technician was fantastic. He explained all the procedures well and showed us where our trouble spots were. Our carpets look fantastic! He showed us the price before beginning. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but it was worth it.

Scheduling was very easy which was so refreshing after a year of delays and cancellations for other services. Jude was professional, he gave a thorough explaination of the process and asked if we had any special concerns. We recently purchased this home and the carpet was stained and dirty. The stains are gone and the clean carpet refreshes the whole room. Very happy we chose Zerorez.

I was especially impressed with Mike, the technician who came to do the work. It was not an easy job, and the extended conversation I had with him about the work is what gave us the confidence to spend the money, in hopes that it would be worth it (the carpet was in the home of a deceased family member who had had multiple pets; there was a major pet urine problem and the property needs to be sold.)
We were not disappointed. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and extremely hard-working. The results exceeded our expectations, to our great relief. I/we didn’t know about your company before, but will be spreading the word now. Thank you so very much for helping us resolve a very difficult problem connected to a tremendously sad and difficult life event. We are deeply grateful.
