They were able to rescue my carpet from the damage of two puppies. :) My carpet smells nice and fresh and came out so clean! And that was after I had tried to clean it three times with my home machine. Very happy and would fully recommend them!

Carpet looks great. Kevin was a personable tech. I don't like your misleading advertising that states "starting at (price)." It cost me twice as much as originally thought. Just state a firm price and be done with it.

Thorough and did a great job overall!

My apt was March 17 in shaler with Andrew. It was super easy to schedule a date and the estimate was spot on and honest! Andrew was very careful and safe and wore his mask the entire time, wore covers over his shoes in the house, checked out all of my problem areas and explained to me the process very well! He did a very thorough job, our carpets look great! He convinced me to put the protectant on at the end and I’m very happy he did so. He was friendly and efficient and I’d recommend Andrew at zerorez to everyone I know.

I'm very pleased with the cleaning of our carpeting. The gentleman doing the cleaning did a fabulous job with the exception of one spot of tar which I didn't notice until after he'd left. He was very attentive to the instructions we provided. Very pleased and will use your service again in the future.
