excellent effort by parts and service to find correct parts for rove lite repair when travel lite failed to respond.

Teresa was amazing she took us right in when we were on our way back from az on our last day. We lost our breaks in the trailer and got us back on the road fast. The mechanic was very helpful and explained the problem. Thanks
All repairs and parts replacement were performed in a expedient manner. The Service Representative was pleasant and explained all needed repairs accurately. The representative also ensured that all repairs/replacements were performed in a a very expedient fashion.
We walked in the dealership and greeted nicely than met with an outfitter who listened to what we are looking for. Than we went out to the inventory he thought fit us, we were happy with what Jeff had shown us. So we went back into do the numbers we gave him a max price they met it. We left the dealership with no pressure to purchase we called back later and did the deal. Great place Great people
Seems like you want to nickel and dime me every time i need some work. Paid to have cameras installed and they didn't put them in the right place. Tried to increase my storage rate to a higher amount! Bought the the thing from you and was supposed to have VIP privileges but not really!

Well, services like them going through an RV prior to customer spring pick up should be done ahead of time, during the winter. Customer seems to depict errors in construction of rv and flaws more than the service area.
The positive when it comes to services is that they want to make you happy.

Loved that your team there is not pushy and they listen to you when you speak to them. I was able to tell my salesman Nick my budget and where I wanted to be he showed me what was in my budget and I was able to pick the one we liked and was a smooth process all the way through right to me pulling out with my camper behind my truck!!

Disappointed in the quality of the camper itself not to mention every time I go to pick my camper up and I asked them to do a New York State inspection. There’s always something wrong and I spent thousands of dollars here. Not to mention the loan wasn’t explained to me and now that I’m trying to sell it I owe way more than what is owed on it so now I have to pay to get rid of my camper. I was told my interest rate was 7.9 come to find out I’ll be paying interest on it for the duration of the whole entire bone which is 13 years. It’s all a scam.
