This was an easy fix Dexter and GD approved it all with labor BUT Alpin Haus fought me all the time Hope this experience never has to happen to another Grand Design owner that needs warranty work. And DID NOT PURCHASE FROM ALPIN HAUS this IMHO was the problem. Just why ?? ( this warranty repair was an emergency and AH is a grand design dealer ) You just lost a future customer
Fifth wheel is fixed we hope. 🤞. But Pictures of finished job is wow Talk to Stephen Pack he had to fix it ( no tech available to talk to me or fix )

I had a great experience purchasing my new RV trailer at Alpin Haus. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out right away. Adam, the salesman, was fantastic—he really listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.
The service department was just as impressive. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable using the trailer before leaving. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me get my trailer lights working properly on my truck.
What really meant a lot was how they treated us—they even took time to entertain my four-year-old grandson while everything was getting set up. That level of care and attention doesn’t go unnoticed.
Overall, an awesome experience from start to finish. Highly recommend
We had the best experience purchasing our camper. Mike Pritchard was our salesman and he took his time explaining everything to us. He got us the best deal we could ever expect and he was patient, knowledgeable and never pushy.
James Bearcroft the business manager was also great. He took care of our financing, insurance and extended warranties. We didn’t have to stress about anything. Our experience at Alpin Haus was great and stress free from start to finish.

Jake took the time to show us various RVs within the parameters that we gave him. He didn’t try to change our minds or push in any way. He was very informative and if he didn’t have the answer he got it. During the “walk through” Steve was very knowledgeable and explained the various parts and functions of the RV. Everyone from the receptionist, to finance, to parts and service were welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful.

Better delivery process.
We had John how was very good explain how everything works in our new camper. But then we were with two other people who just finished with us and left. I had to find someone to open the door and let us out of the building. Then we had to find someone to open the gate and let us out.
Felt like we were left to fend for ourselves.

Brought my 2025 NoBo in for service and exterior wash. Service this time was great....though expensive. My service rep was Mike in Saratoga.
Alpin Haus has an inconsisitent record with me for service over my 25 years w them. But good now. Hope it continues - I've bought two campers there and serviced my horse trailer there.
The new 2025 NoBo 20.1 I bought in 2025 was not properly serviced before I went on a 2 month trip south- slideout failure, electric front hitch failure....and I had trouble getting it resolved from where I was. Alpin Haus was zero help though I have all service extended warrantee packages.

The finance manager was unprofessional and rude. He outright told us that our refrigerator would die after a year or two so if we didn't buy his warranty, we would be on the hook for thousands of dollars. Very shady. This left a very bad impression on us after an otherwise pleasant experience.
