Excellent Service Managers. Great technicians.
I bought the boat new here in mid June. Had first break-in service done as well as a detail. I cannot comment about the detailing as i have yet to pick up the boat (work schedule). As far as the service goes, Brian from service was good about calling me and keeping me apprised of the progress. Upon completion of the first service, I was given a very comprehensive breakdown of the motor condition from the mechanics, any needed extras or software updates, what was done, and a detailed report of the break-in hours at various RPMs. I found this to be extremely helpful and thorough. I was very pleasantly surprised by that as I can be a stickler for details. The boat was serviced promptly as promised. The cost was competitive. Overall, so far i’m very pleased.

Friendly service
I don't recommend any agency to anyone, I can only tell them of my experience and they can make there own determination.
My previous remarks had nothing to do with the service department at Alpin Haus, I can't say enough about them. Theresa and the techs in the service department have gone above and beyond to get our 5th wheel fixed and on the road.
Many things - 1 - vent/fan installed looks good - does not run - maybe i am not doing something right but i push the button nothing happens/ use the remote nothing happens
2 - took 3 months to have the parts and service provided
3- - big lack of communication between service and me - would have been nice to receive updates (weekly) of what was happening and then to receive a text message saying it is done was a little poor - expected phone call
All services and products are very good
Extended warranty pitch at the end was not satisfactory. High number and reduced $2500 at the end was insulting and slimy.

The prices in the store are a bit excessive, other than that we are completely satisfied with our current visit.
I purchased a camper that had so many issues that I didn’t discover until I was able to use it. It was a brand new unit. Your team claims they went through everything when the prepped the unit, if that’s the case then how come my brake lines were chaffed through, my roof was leaking, my propane water heater doesn’t work, and the list goes on! All things that never would come up on a walk through. The response I received was that I signed off on my demo. It is a complete disgrace. The least you could do is refund my prep fee so paid since the unit clearly wasn’t prepped to any sort of quality standard.
The staff is very welcoming, and addressed all my concerns.
Variety
You had the unit we needed and Dave did a great job explaining it. We did not plan to buy that day but Dave was so helpful we pulled the trigger.

Service is amazing!
Theresa Pingitore was very helpful to us. We had issues with a camper we purchased from another dealer and did not want to take back there for repairs under warranty. Approval was given for the repairs and Theresa was able to get us in quickly and the repairs were done in no time. We are so appreciative.
Everything!! A little disappointed your showroom floor no longer contained those awesome camping mugs or tictactoe/dominoes games.

Your service center is horrible. I have been waiting for the Grill for 5th Wheel. almost 1 year now. The girl came it didn't fit she never got back to me. I have left messages and called. Oh we will get back to you NOTHING>
Very professional and friendly. Kept us well informed of the work being done to our camper. Steve our service advisor was great.
