Bought a 2025 Thor Class B and so far good. Had a couple minor issues that Alpin Haus took care of right away. Im currently on my first trip and I have had absolutely NO problems. Give the issues many have had with dealers and brands of RVs, I am very happy with Alpin Haus and my new RV.

I've been going to Alpin Haus for service on our 2017 Hymer Aktive since we purchased the vehicle from them. They provide quality service and have continually upgraded their knowledge of it so that I feel confident in bringing it there either for repairs or routine maintenance.

Didn’t do the things that you said you were going to do and paid for. Picked up the unit and had dangerously low tire air pressure one tire had 30 pounds of pressure ina tire that is supposed to had 65. Spare tire has a huge tire plug sticking out of it and flat. Roof vent leaked inside the camper. Sent a video of the roof leaking and didn’t even get a call. The door to the camper had tape on it, they were supposed to fix and repair the door. All they did was take the tape off. The top of the door fell apart when we used it. Found four screws that were screwed through the camper sticking outside the camper under the awning. Paid $500.00 for an inspection and repair so all these things shouldn’t have had happened. So I would not never purchase another camper from you guys.

The people
We had a leak from the roof in our camper. Tech person was there thought he might have fixed it. Next rainfall we went up the next day to see if it was fixed and there was water all over the floor again. Contacted service they were going to talk about it the next day with the tech person and they were going to give me a call back that was Thursday did not hear anything back. I called Friday morning waited 5 hours did not get a call back left a voicemail had to leave my phone number and still no call. It is now Saturday night and I'm still waiting for that call.
The entire team at Alpin Haus was welcoming and made me feel like I was part of the family there. Salespeople did not pressure. Technicians did not rush me during the walk through and getting through the paperwork was a breeze with all documents in order. All my questions were answered, and I left with a good feeling that I was prepared for the water with my new vessel.
Nothing. No one perfect but they are on the top of the great experience list!
I don’t understand how a camper can come back from dewinterization with the black and gray tanks full. Makes no sense. They were empty all winter, obviously. Called today to express my disappointment; was told I’d get a call back, but haven’t received it yet.
I have been loyal for the last 2 years but now I have to consider going elsewhere. Still waiting to hear how you want to make this right.
Purchased our 2017 Surveyor new from Alpen Haus. We have had great service every year since. We camp in a NY State camp ground.. There are no services such as electric or sewer hook up. New trailers do not have gas refrigerators or water heaters. This keeps us from purchasing a new camper. Not everyone camps at an RV park or resort. No I don't want to run a generator to recharge my batteries. RV dealers are loosing money because of this.
The sales process was well handled. The walk through appointment was scheduled promptly. The finance process was well explained. The actual walk through was very thorough and very helpful. They were very helpful with getting the backup cameras and batteries installed. The only issues I encountered were; we were unable to locate the bit for operating the stabilizer Jack's and we couldn't find the inverter and inverter controller. I eventually found the controller which was locked due to the inverter being in test mode. Lastly the parts department was very helpful in determining the accessories I needed, however they gave me the wrong surge protector (50 amp instead of 30 amp) which means I will have to drive almost 3 hours round trip to exchange it at the nearest Alpin Haus.

Friendly and quick.
The service person sent to take care of my problems was a very competent & friendly worker. He was very knowledgeable & a hard worker. Very thorough , very organized , very service oriented. When he was done he cleaned up the work area & left everything in good order. It was a pleasure having him taking care of all the work. Thank you to him & Alpin Haus.
Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. Chris took his time and walked me thru all the options.

Lyndsay listened carefully to what I said I was looking for in a PWC. He showed me great options and when I closed in on a choice, he went through the machine thoroughly. He was clearly knowledgable about it. When I made the decision to buy, Ricky made that step quick and easy. Both guys were great and the whole process was a pleasure.
