FWIW, another national camping dealership (CW) spoke very badly of Alpin Haus when I was looking at another unit prior to visiting Alpin Haus. I was shocked at how wrong this CW salesperson was after my first visit to your Orange County location.
They set appointment and understood we had a trip coming up. After having the camper for four days I called and they said they didn’t have the valve in stock. I told them that I would just. One pick it up since unlikely they would meet deadline. They then said their distributor didn’t have it in stock. The new service manager said they would overnight one that would work. FYI I got charged for the overnight cost when if they would have started when they got the RV it wouldn’t have needed to have been overnighted or better yet had these items in stock. Then they cut the underbelly when they said they wouldn’t when changing tank gate valve. The tape came off on trip. The new service manager Eddy made it right but had to make another trip for the service.
Communication with the office, Lauren in particular, was difficult. Lauren has a "tone" on the phone. The initial quote was for the wrong-sized pool, and she said it was due to incorrect information in your system about our pool size. We have been doing business with Alpin Haus for years and have not previously had issues.
We did not receive any pre-arrival texts as was indicated in her email. The techs left the job with the lines leaking, the unit not labeled as a propane conversion, and the old unit on the grass. Lauren's response was "see you on Monday" after we had just spent $4,000+ and waited an additional day for the install.
We incurred two visit fees from our propane provider because the Alpin Haus crew did not show up as initially promised.
The heater was installed and is working; however, the experience could have been smoother and more client-focused.
Josh and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the process. From our initial discussion over the phone, through our first visit, and finishing with the pickup up our Sea Doo this spring it was as easy a process as we could have hoped for. Thank you!

Your RV Tech Chris is fabulous as he had to trouble shoot my sat dish and other rv problems.
You better raise his weekly salary. I am coming back from the Lake George area to have a few small problems corrected also.

The people ( Amanda, Larry, Amy and Ed ) are really great to interact with. They were very attentive to my needs regarding a long list of repairs due to a tire blowout and number of other repairs. They were very persistent in getting some hard to source parts ( my model year 2009 is no-longer in production. Overall the work they preformed to get my unit back on the road. I would go back for future work by them.

So far so good we love our RV it’s brand new still so any small issues were addressed

Adam was our salesman and provided us with a phenomenal experience. He was patient and thorough through each camper he showed us and delivered on everything he said he would! Along with Adam, Kay in parts was a huge help when she stayed late to help us gather up all the parts we needed to get us on the road. Overall great experience and highly recommend!
