Steve, the service advisor is excellent. He is extremely thorough and does not use high-pressure tactics and listens to the customers needs. As a hospitality professional, I feel very comfortable working with Steve.

The Service Department is very committed to listening to customers and understanding their concerns. They record every issue and they make sure they have a technician look into these issues. Although we did not purchase our RV from them. They did not disappoint and took the issues with our camper on and completed everything. They worked with the manufacturer to get the warranty to cover everything. Very amazing service department. Moving forward not only will we be returning to Alpin Haus for any future service needs we will Definitely be returning to purchase our next RV.

Have been a Skidoo rider for years. The service manager has been great to work with. He calls and keeps you up to date.
The salesman I deal with vis great, it is nice to be dealing with the same person.
Brian, in the Alpin Haus Boat Service Department, reached out recently to follow up on service work to be performed on our boat in the spring. The person that I was working with regarding the service work in the fall had left Alpin Haus to move out of state. Brian had assumed that persons workload to ensure a seamless transition. I’ve worked with Brian in the past and he’s always been and continues to be very courteous, friendly and professional.

The Service department is top-notch and customer-caring. The Thor products do not equal the service Alpin provides. I would recommend Alpin for their service to everyone!!!
