There is a variety of choices so you can find exactly what you want and need. Tony our salesman was wonderful, no pressure, he went out of his way to show us models at a different location.
The delivery was smooth, Lance we wonderful. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable. Lance we very thorough with showing us everything, even went through how to properly winterize the camper.
CJ was so welcoming and tall. Great experience overall. Definitely will recommend. If we are ever in the market for another camper, we will return.
YOUR Oakridge service department is AWESOME! Brian and the whole staff are Great. We recently had a side seam open up. We all thought it had short screws. When they proceeded to fix it ..they discovered we had water damage. Brian notified us immediately and we went to see it. We had them repair it . There was good communication in the process. They also sent a letter to a campground so we wouldn't lose our reservation .

As a customer since 2013 when I bought my boat new off of your showroom, I am very disappointed with the amount I am being charged for winter storage on my 2013 - 20 foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat. I understand the state of the economy, and the issues we all faced since early 2020. My issue is understanding how the price of storage in September 27th 2019, when I dropped off my boat was a reasonable $572.39, this year, September 26st, the price jumped to $1053.00. I'm sorry to say I will be looking for a different place to store my boat at the end of the 2023 boating season, Ron Last name removed
The service we received was outstanding! Joe and James helped us out tremendously! They were able to trade in our camper and get the one we purchased to our camp all in a weeks time.
I had told them I was having surgery so they made this process quick and convenient for me.

As I was driving out of the parking lot after picking up my camper I noticed two chips in the windshield would assume after paying 1000$ to pay for someone to go through the camper that that would have been addressed

Close to home
I came in to buy a Class C diesel. Was ready to trade. Only one unit available and it was in the shop. Put $1000 down to hold it site unseen. The day before we were to pick it up, we were called and told it had been recalled again! 3 weeks now and we still have not even seen the unit and have no idea when it will be available. Now we have to go ANOTHER week without camping and we camp every weekend through Columbus Day. What makes it worse is we are 3 1/2 hours away an can not drop everything to come pick it up when it is ready. Joe Hunt, our salesman, has been excellent and has tried to keep us updated, but I believe he is getting embarrassed because there are no answers to give. This unit has all the features we were looking for, but now I have had time to read all of the horror stories about Forrest River mobile homes and poor service and quality issues following the sale - all of this is beginning to make me second guess this purchase.
Kevin and both Chrises were helpful and friendly. Nicest RV service we ever got and we’ve been camping 35 years.
