I clicked on a random number not knowing that was permanent. Thought it would allow me to change the number and proceed with the survey. When it didn't I exited from the site, not knowing even though I didn't submit the reply it was accepted.

Convenient hours of operation, polite and courteous staff in those departments we worked in.
The sales staff was great, they helped me buy my camper and did not try to sell it to me. They told me all the options and helped me make the right decision for me. The staff at Amsterdam are very friendly and helpful, it’s like one big happy family.

Was very difficult to get you by phone and we waited for parts to arrive that really wasn’t needed which cost us lots extra to stay extra days in the hotel.

The parts allowance doesn’t list what we got or what we paid for each item. When you go to parts counter your receipt doesn’t show itemized prices either. I dont like the lack of transparency. Paid $499 for camper to be cleaned and saw dust all over definitely not worth the mandatory $499

Continue to be impressed by the level of service provided by the Alpin Haus service advisors and service technicians. Each visit my service issues are promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.

When I was told a replacement part was was in I was called the day prior to the install and told that the company went out of business. There's no way you found out the day prior that the company went out of business. For over a year I was told my pool was being fixed under warranty and never heard anything from your company without me harassing you guys. If it wasn't covered honesty would of been nice and I would of order a new pool. This was a very shady deal and almost made my son's bday party a flop because of your lies. I won't buy another pool and already tell several people I work with both in the military and my state job of this experience and have steered people to other companies who will treat customers with more respect

After a disappointing experience with Alpin Haus(AH) this summer to fix my camper, Jessica Balac from AH 'stepped up to the plate' and restored my faith in AH. She exhibited high quality customer service, kept in constant communications, did oodles of research, coordinated repairs, advocated with the manufacturer for me, etc. Jessica clearly understands the true meaning of 'customer service'.
Very convenient being so close, service work is normally done pretty well, people are very friendly.
People are kind, considerate, and treat you like you want to be treated. A professional staff willing to understand your needs.
Answer the service desk phone. If you give me a choice to Hold or to Leave A Message, don’t let me hold for 10 minutes and then make me leave a message. It’s infuriating, and it’s happened the last several times I’ve called.
Service on my trailer was slow. When I called or texted to check on the status of the work, I waited a few days for a call back.
