We brought our 19 year old SunTracker pontoon boat in to have individual covers custom made for the seats and console so that we wouldn't have to be constantly wrestling with the large boat cover. We also had them make a new Bimini top and the boot. Brian was great to deal with. He knows his stuff and was very pleasant and most helpful! We made the arrangements with him in January and dropped the boat off on April 13th. The job was completed by April 19th and we made the trip on the 23rd to pick it up. We are very pleased with how quickly the job was completed and how nicely the covers are made with a great quality canvas. Each of the pieces snap onto the molded body of the benches and the console. We would absolutely recommend checking out the canvas service that Alpin House can provide!

We always feel welcome at your facility! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The entire place is so clean and enjoyable. Our trailer was kept over the winter but was pulled out of storage and ready for pickup when we arrived. Everything was cleaned and checked and set to go! Thank you again and we will be back for our yearly inspection and storage in the fall.

Service advisor Randy Robb is excellent at listening to and understanding my maintenance and repair concerns. Randy, and the service technicians, provide regular updates during the maintenance/repair process and offer improvement options (items not initially identified). I have found the staff at Alpin Haus to be helpful and accommodating which provides a positive experience.

The staff is topnotch. The most knowledgeable and friendliest associates in this field. When walking in to finalize my purchase from the RV show, the entire staff was welcoming and made me feel important. The salesman (Asa) answered all my questions throughout the process. The finance guy (Keith) gave me very informed options I could have on my camper without being aggressive. He just gave me information so I could make MY OWN well informed decision. I would highly recommend Alpin Haus to anyone in the market for a camper. A++ all around!
They got all the items fixed that I asked them to fix in a very acceptable time frame. Nobody is perfect but Alpin Haus admitted when they didn't get something right and took it upon themselves to get it right with no pain to me. Unfortunately not a very common occurrence in this day. Very refreshing. Very easy to recommend them.
