Fair and honest assessment of my RV snd what is needed to get it in shape for the upcoming season. Also being contacted before any additional services/repairs are done.

The finance manager was unprofessional and rude. He outright told us that our refrigerator would die after a year or two so if we didn't buy his warranty, we would be on the hook for thousands of dollars. Very shady. This left a very bad impression on us after an otherwise pleasant experience.

Steve, the service advisor is excellent. He is extremely thorough and does not use high-pressure tactics and listens to the customers needs. As a hospitality professional, I feel very comfortable working with Steve.
