The entire team at Alpin Haus Rv Saratoga was very professional warm n welcoming. I received a very warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist Kim, a vary informative and detailed walk through with the parts manager Don, and Business manager mike got me an unbelievably great deal on my new grand design transcend one. The service team made sure everything was is perfect working order and did a beautiful job installing the new weight distribution hitch and even helped me check my lights were working properly before I pulled out. It was a wonderful experience and I am so grateful for the fantastic job the entire team did helping me with my Rv purchases.

Starting with the salesman Lindsey. Never gave us anything to go with the boat . Standard things like flares , cleaners etc….then on to the service… we wanted to go to the “ professionals “ to get our trolling motor installed . The service tech put a screw in the wires , therefore burning it up . Yes, we were reimbursed but, it never should have happened. Then the front door would not shut and the service tech said just step on the trolling motor to shot the door……..Which then ensued an argument with Lindsey. The solution to that was cut a piece of the leg off so it isn’t seated. Then no fault of Alpin Haus , the lounge cushion was holding water.. So , what started out being a happy time buying a brand new boat , it quickly turned into a nightmare. The only person that made things a little better was Brian , the service manager .

So I purchased a brand new grand design 320g from alpin haus. The main ac unit was installed incorrectly and now I am being charged 100 to fix it. This is absurd.

Alpine Haus was a wonderful experience, nothing like another dealer I went to. Staff was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, spent a lot of time with me, and no pressure, and reasonable prices. I'm really happy with the RV I got, and they went over everything on it with me since I never had an RV before.
