You sold me a lemon and now its costing tons of money to rectify these serious issues. It has taken you over a month to even look at it and now several more weeks to get back to me with estimates for items you should have known about and rectified before selling it to a customer.

It seems like companies have in general lost touch with the concept of "good service". That is the opinion of this old man who has crossed the USA from coast to coast three times, retired one 5th wheel, one Ram truck and God willing I am likely on my final road trip.
I needed an oil change for a Ford E450 class C motor coach and I had called three ford service centers with no one willing to take me in. That is until I called Teresa at Alpin Haus RV Center. She took my info, said come right in and one hour later I was on my way.

I had the service department replace an awning. Got off to a confusing start regarding the ordering of parts. Almost like âToo many chefs in the kitchenâ. They could work on streamlining the process and communicating with customers. Having said that they ironed out the confusion and my repairs were done the very next day. Did a great job and used high quality parts. Very satisfied!
