What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I do not like the new seating arrangement. I sat in an assigned seat in an almost empty theatre. The other Santikos do not do this!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I am following up to an e-mail that I sent out ~2 weeks ago but never received a call or an e-mail from you in referenced to my experience at your movie theater. Staff is wonderful so no problem there however the movie was horrible and I felt that I wasted my $20 on something where I could have chosen another movie. Would you be able to offer a pair of complementary tickets? I am not looking for a refund to be very clear.

My wife and I love the Embassy Oaks theater because the seating is more comfortable than most of the other theaters we've been to and it's not very crowded at the times we go.

love the twlight prices. Been coming for few years and bring friends. Also enjoy the freebies, like free pop corn. not too crazy about reserved seats. Lines outside get long.

I love the friendly staff! I go to Embassy and they treat us well. I love the upgrades and the food. The bar is a great added touch. The bartenders are great especially the lady from El Paso! She is awesome!
