Guest Testimonials
I have not been to Embassy on Bitters in quite a while and what a wonderful surprise. The theater and seats were so incredibly clean. The concession stand was well staffed and a good variety of food and beverage was offered. I was amazed!!
Already did
I like that we can choose our seats when we purchase tickets.
The price before 5:00pm and the service from happy people.
Clean theater.
I like the location
Pleasant atmosphere with excellent customer service. Employees are friendly & attentive
Close to my home, no lines
Clean itheatre. Good snacks. Quality movie experience.
It was very fast, convenient, and comfortable.
Friendly staff, great popcorn, & I like the ability to pick my seats.
I like the new assigned seats. Also the remodel of the theater is very nice. I have yet to try the new food menu items, but they look very tasty.
Cleaner than others and that you bring the food to my seat when it's ready
Never overly crowded. Not being loitered by teenagers.
Quick service at concession and clean theaters.
Hygiene
Friendly staff and clean theater.
Close to my home and reasonably priced.
Enjoyed the movie with great seating - not sure tht I like the reserved seating. I had to go chng it since person in front was too tall. Also I purchased a lrg popcorn combo & 2nd batch was too salty - I shld have taken it back. The prices were great here & I Wld still recommend ur theater!
The theatre was clean and comfortable, sound and picture were great, folks were friendly and the rewards program is good - much easier to track than the old one.
Please add the feature of sorting by rating (G, PG, PG13, etc) to your website. It would be very helpful. Thx!
Clean
Popcorn was cold
The reserve seating and clean theater
Staff always friendly. Theaters are clean. And I'm thrilled there are assigned seats now!
always friendly staff
I liked that I could enjoy a cold one while watching a movie. Assigned seating is nice.
Nice and clean theaters and I like the new rewards program.
Good selection of movies - theater is generally clean...
Very clean in all areas of the Theater. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside the viewing area was very clean--no trash left behind from prior movie-goers. Glad you have a BAR to serve alcohol now. That is a big plus for us. However, costs for snacks is still too high in my opinion. But, overall it is a great experience. We live less than 3 miles from Embassy Theater so we plan on seeing lots of movies there. Good Job!!!

The theaters offer a variety of offerings to different age groups, interests, times of day, with lowered costs at low-attendance periods. Well thought-out business practices. Clean restrooms. Polite employees from the box office to the food/snacks to clean-up crews. Being able to get seats reserved in advance is good in most cases (unless attending is a last-minute decision). The popcorn is always fresh. Free refills on popcorn and drinks is wonderful (for the pocketbook, but NOT FOR THE DIET!!!!)
The Santikos family were not only great business people, but so very kind and considerate in offering events that must have meant a loss of income, such as the Opera series. We were there for Aida on Wednesday at the Embassy, and it was depressing to see how few people were there. Even at $20 a ticket it was more than worth it (going to "live" opera is usually between 40 and 100 for a decent seat and doesn't include parking, going "casual," seeing upcoming trailers, etc. So it is obvious this was a gate-loss for the Santikos. Those of us who went I'm sure recognize the sacrifice you made. Maybe more advertising would help; but probably not.
We also like the Bijou for the foreign and other special films, and it's nice to be able to eat while viewing. Palladium is elegant, and the gelato delicious. Almost like a two-hour vacation in Athens or Rome.
