Very good sevice and clean theaters. I think you can do better in the close captions. Maybe have glasses to wear instead of putting an post in front of you. This requires a person to look at this devise, instead of the movie screen.

I love that Santikos is locally owned and operated, I always have great service there and love the long-term employment. I'm not sure that I love the new reserve seating at all times, I think it's unnecessary for showtimes during the week, and just makes things a little awkward when there's no one there.

I enjoy the fact that it's small and very homey. Parking is easy. Easy accessability. Kichie with local wall art and a great mixture of off beat as well as current releases. I like the advante garde appeal. Foods good too.

The new food menu. The tall glass mugs for refill of beer is the main reason why I go to Santikos.

We like to go to the bargain matinees, although they aren't such a bargain anymore! But the theaters are clean and well kept.

clean theatre. good popcorn. electric car chargeing. staff well trained and polite ! would like to take a moment to comment on the change in bringing the food to the seats. not a problem for me to go back to get it. but to have to get back in line to just pickup is a deal breaker for me. I would suggest a separate area for pickup or something. we go weekly as you would see by our points. we will not order food again with this system. but love the theatre !! thank you

Selecting your seats.
It was quiet, no running children in the hallway, and noticeable lack of loud conversation (yelling) as people move from one part of the facility to another.

I have really enjoyed the items on the menu that were made in the kitchen you now have. I was dismayed when my favorite item, the grilled hotdog with chili, was removed from the menu. My wife and I enjoyed being able to order some of the items on the menu and being able to have it delivered to the theater to our seats, only to find out, on our most recent visit, that the theater no longer delivers the food to you. My wife ordered the chicken bacon club sandwich, which was very good but she was disappointed when she saw the picture of this item on a poster ad which showed it served with french fries, only to find out that only chips were available. We like the theater and the menu but we really enjoy a sense of continuity to our experience.
Theaters have great sound quality. We like reserving your seat but don't like the service fee. We just like the theater the most over all. Love the military discount!
