The theaters are always clean as are the bathrooms. Every employee is friendly and I am not charged extra for an ice or refills.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the Embassy for a few reasons. I live in Alamo Hts, and while the Quarry is just a few blocks from my home, it is being overrun by young, loud teens. While I was once one myself, these kids tend to be rude, vulgar and getto-esque.
I like your auditoriums as well. They are clean, they don't smell stale like some and the seating is comfortable.
And you popcorn is the best around. I do think it is way too expensive, but I keep buying it.

The staff (manager, ticket taker, ticket seller, food service) is always friendly and eager to help. What was bad---the water from the dispenser tasted disgusting! Also, everyone complains about the assigned seats.

I love the reserve seating I can determine If I want to attend a showing or wait for the next viewing if a good seat isn't available. I also can purchase seats in advance to watch new realeases that are going to be very crowded or sold out

THEATRES ARE ALWAYS WELL ATTENDED BY TRAINED EMPLOYEES... AND ARE ALWAYS CLEAN.
THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I HAVE LOST MY REWARDS CARD. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPLACE IT.
