Matinee and extravaganza pricing is nice. Clean, modern facility and good central location.

I like the smaller theater and everyone is friendly.
I do not like the new rewards that were implemented last month. I feel as if the customer who goes to the movie a lot does not get as many rewards.

Santikos employees are courteous and friendly. The theater and bathrooms are always clean. And they offer the loyalty rewards plan. Although I prefer to get the free snacks and movie tickers instead of the $5 reward, they have earned my business because of the great staff and theatre cleanliness.

The Dos Equis draft beer was low & my husband stated to me that my Santikos beer mug was not filled to the top once it was served to me. The manager was ringing us up & said he would not charge me for the beer and stated he would go & fill it in case I needed another refill. I felt that as busy as they were that he took the time to take this into consideration & make thin

I enjoy the Embassy because it is not a "mega" theater. They offer a variety of movies and always new releases. I appreciate the early show discounted prices. It is always clean and the employees are friendly. I appreciate that you employ handicapped people.
One negative actually just happened at the Embassy - I purchased 3 tickets yesterday for this evening's 7:30 showing of Gone Girl. I first asked if I could renew my Reel Rewards card at the theater and was told that I could. The young man then completed the ticket transaction. Then we moved on to signing me up for the Rewards. When I asked if my purchase could be applied I was told that it could not since I purchased the tickets first. It does seem that the transactions should have been handled in a different order so that I could benefit from the $30.00 purchase. Small issue - definitely won't keep me from returning! I always get popcorn at the movies so I really appreciate the Rewards program!
