e do not like the advanced seating arrangemnt. A lot of times someone is already sitting in our reserved seats. Plus it is a very slow process at the Box Office.

I am still no able to access the loyalty Card to activate it!

Santikos is my favorite theater because I get something back for every thing I spend there on the rewards. I liked the previous rewards so much better. But getting the rewards are still better than the experience at other theaters. I can see the same movies at other theaters but I don't get the rewards. I really liked getting the popcorn cards you could buy for s much lower price than the popcorn would cost and upgrade to large for 50cents. I love the free refills on the large popcorn and large drinks. I also really like the option of going to a matinee for considerably less than regular price. So overall I like getting a better value for my money and the theaters are beautiful, state of the art and friendly staff.

We like the self serve sodas - faster and convenient. We like that the big bucket of
popcorn has free refills. Also, that food other than "movie" food is priced normal.
We like the theater too. Friendly staff. It's our favorite theater. But we would like to
the video in the previews asking the audience to turn off cell phones, to change every
once in a while. It's getting really old. Great theater! We use our points and get the $5
back quite often.
