I wish that Santikos would give better discounts to seniors and veterans. Most seniors are on a fix retirement fund while inflation continues to go up and veterans deserve it because they volunteer to protect us.

The whole experience was wonderful. Some of the best and freshest popcorn we’ve had at a theater, especially from a self-serve machine. Loved the beverage options on the Coke machine too. Theater was clean, restroom was tidy, and the temp in the theater was perfect. Also, thanks for not showing 30 minutes of previews before the film. It was a reasonable amount.

Always short lines and good seating. Kind staff always working to keep clean.

I like buttering my own popcorn and that you carry Coca Cola products. I like how spaced apart the recliner chairs are.

We absolutely love Military Monday's, Tuesday's $5.99, $5.00 last chance, rewards, giving back to the community, assigned seating is great, the reclined seating is great, friendly staff, I love going to Embassy because it's smaller with less people, but sometimes we do go to The Palladium to see movies on the bigger screen, by the way we love Roy who has worked there for years and checks tickets and informs guests where to go. He needs a raise. He always brings a smile on my face. ❤️

Clean friendly staff

Everything. The theatre is clean, the staff is always nice and patient ( we have to order for 4 different people every time). The checkout has always been fast. And the last time I went, I ordered the tickets from the wrong theatre and the manager (Cody) was able to process refund and get us seated in the next showing.

Good value. Food is good.
Sometimes a little slow in getting food delivered.

I used to work for the company so I know the values the company holds for all of the San Antonio Community. I have always loved the atmosphere of any Santikos theater I went and the staff are always so nice. I hope to see my movies here more often

Excellent customer service

Enjoyed the movie and theater. Personnel were very helpful.

The theater is clean. Self-serve popcorn and drinks are convenient. The food is good. Reclining chairs are comfortable. My only suggestions would be:

1) offer a few health-focused menu items (eg high protein, low carb)

2) offer a few smaller portion items for times when someone just wants a snack instead of a whole meal

3) have the concession stand cashiers check more frequently for food that is ready to go into the dispenser. Sometimes I see my order sitting on that counter for a while and have to ask about it. It seems like there’s no mechanism in place to alert them when an order is ready. Even a simple bell would help.
