Always available seats and very clean and food is great! Not too crowded.

Good customer service and drinks and popcorn were good. I don’t mind using the app to buy tickets, but there’s a fee associated to using the app so I will continue to buy tickets inside the movie theater. Plus, I like people interaction rather than doing everything on the phone my biggest issue that I had with my visit the last few times was the theater being very uncomfortably hot. It seems like customers have to tell the management to turn on the AC I used to be able to bring my blankets and be comfortable and cozy but now I had to put my hair up and fan myself in the theater while I was watching the movie. Not a good experience. I love that y’all do Monday, five dollars for first responders and military very much appreciate that.

Embassy is wonderful! Friendly and professional staff!!!! I had a problem with ticket mistake (my fault, not theirs's) - but they immediately stepped in once they noticed it on check in + got a manager who IMMEDIATELY took care of it while I was purchasing my popcorn and drinks. Lobby, parking lot, grounds, theater, halls and bathrooms clean and neat. LOVE YOUR CHAIRS - the reason why we refuse to go anywhere else, Embassy only for our family!!!!

Its always a good experience, from the ticket purchase to the concession area, the place is clean and the service is minimal since the establishment has digital screens for buying tickets and food.
We're a military family which means we experience a lot of out of pocket expenses (in the thousands) every time we have to move for a new duty station (2-3 years). We so appreciate your $5 military day! Thank you for saving us money while we still get to experience a clean and comfortable movie going experience!

This is the best theatre in San Antonio. The employees are kind and the guests are the same. I’m lucky to live 15min away, but even if I didn’t, I would drive farther if needed. Love this theatre.
