The customer service.... the employees are always very friendly and informative. The theaters are always clean. Comfortable seating. Love being able to have a drink at the bar.

We like the decent time for the less expensive shows. We are seniors and it does mean a lot to us to be able to go. The theater is always clean and comfortable. We enjoy the first rate movies.

I love their reward system, but check back with me after September 15th as this will probably go from a 10 to a one. $5 per hundred is really not enough!! Regal might beat you out on their reward system and their VERY poor...

1.) The flexible ticket pricing (Reel Deel Rewards, Extravaganza, etc.).
2.) Embassy Theatre is a perfect theatre. Large enough to enjoy the movies and ameneties but small enough to be cozy.

I have always preferred Santikos over Regal because it gives me more of a welcoming feeling. The layout of the theaters and concessions are just better.
