What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Enjoyed the movie with great seating - not sure tht I like the reserved seating. I had to go chng it since person in front was too tall. Also I purchased a lrg popcorn combo & 2nd batch was too salty - I shld have taken it back. The prices were great here & I Wld still recommend ur theater!

The theatre was clean and comfortable, sound and picture were great, folks were friendly and the rewards program is good - much easier to track than the old one.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Very clean in all areas of the Theater. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside the viewing area was very clean--no trash left behind from prior movie-goers. Glad you have a BAR to serve alcohol now. That is a big plus for us. However, costs for snacks is still too high in my opinion. But, overall it is a great experience. We live less than 3 miles from Embassy Theater so we plan on seeing lots of movies there. Good Job!!!

Everybody that works there is very friendly and helpful.We have a group that goes to the movie EVERY Thursday, and we always try to go to Embassy. We are not real excited about the assigned seating though, and your rewards program is not as great as it was before you changed it.

Movie ushers and food counter associates were very nice and went above and beyond. They really made me feel welcome! I really enjoyed my movie experience even more because of them. The food was really good too!

The box office employee was cheerful, professional, pleasant and should train all Santikos employees in customer service. Wish I could recall her name, maybe Mary Alice? It's 2 first names.
