It was ok there needs to more staff in concessions last time I visited they standing around acting like they did not know what they were doing you have least five registers and each one should be manned at all times to reduce customer line waits same with ticket window because a comment was made while waiting for to buy a ticket just like Wal-Mart four Windows and only one person working during your peak times your concession and ticket window should be full staffing during your off peak times a minimum of two people in the ticket window and concession a minimum of at least three registers open to reduce customer line waits if not consider self serve kiosk for concessions

The movie theater is so clean. The people who work there are super friendly. The only thing I don't like is people get seated during the credits and that's one of my favorite parts.

The theatre is close to home. I like the idea of reserved seating.
I like the concession setup and Santikos rewards. One thing, the theatre seemed a little understaffed. Despite this, employees were polite and cordial. I also saw that a guest either slipped or passed out while waiting inside. Help was prompt and EMS came.
