Well, the ticket takers already know me since I go at least 4 times a month. Clint is exceptionally nice and curteous as well as the "senior" lady in front. Sorry no name) and also praise to Royce Vasquez and the manager in charge at guest relations. I had a woman talking and hitting my chair which is the most worrisome thing when I go to the movies. The manager gave me a rain check and I returned at a later time! I would go to any other theater but Embassy!! You could run a video about hitting people's chairs like you do for cell phones? Like i said, its my biggest fear! Getting hit during a movie! The Embassy is always clean and neat no popcorn on the floor or sticky soda either! Thank you for the great experience! And thanks for the notification for Thursday night first showings!! That is very nice reward for us loyalty members! I just used my $5 on Sunday! Thanks again!
It was really clean, including the bathrooms. You don't find that in a lot of theaters.
An exceptional program, kind staff, great food and WINE too. Appreciate notification about special events, but would like to know in advance how much it will cost. Enchanted Kingdom cost $18 each for two seniors $36 which is rather steep. Otherwise, the show was great and I hope to see more ballet and opera in the future.

Reserve seating was nice to have so that we did not have to rush to get a "good seat". Also, having food delivered to seat was a plus so that we didn't have to miss any part of the movie.
Really appreciated the number of employees working the popcorn and candy counter as well as the drink station. Lots of people but the lines moved quickly. My wife and I choose Embassy more often than any other theater.

courtesy of all employees. Even though I still don't like the assigned seating. I'm sure with time I will get used to it. I am making 2 trips to the theater to buy my tickets ahead of time and keep from being delayed at the box office.

The option to buy tickets over the computer or on an app the option to reserve seating as well is a plus the fact that you can get refills without being charged again and the santikos loyalty card is awesome after 3 visits I was given 5 dollars in my card. the place is very clean and the employees are very polite . Love this place I always recommend it to visiting family and friends
