Red light therapy c2. My back had been hurting me for weeks and we had a beautiful easy flow with a red light therapy and it has not hurt since. Big thumbs up. Also The remodel of the studio is really pretty.
That you still have yoga classes. Do. Or get rid of them completely.

I like the array of instructors who all bring a different approach and flow. I never get bored and my practice is growing faster as a result of the variety. All of the classes have been wonderful!

Jim, KoKo, and Elena have been simply amazing for Streeterville. They greet me with a smile and interact with me during the sessions. The routines vary, and the playlists blend their personal style with the mission and message in the daily intentions. This interpersonal touch helps with my accountability to show up. You are lucky to have KoKo, Jim, and Elena representing your company.
Love the classes and instructors. Just wish the classes would start on time. Sometimes they don’t start until 5 min after and pushes everything back but I get every class is different and all the teachers are great! Love that they bring their individual styles to the classes so it’s never the same class!
The instructors! The Shaw studio has the best instructors. Their classes are challenging, perfectly choreographed and so fun…it’s so impressive what they come up with each week. I’ve been a fitness instructor and am in general a fitness junkie and I love the intensity of the workout balanced with stretching.
I love these classes but need more C2s at the 5pm timeframe!!! Also it would be good to get some kind of update or notice when regular teachers switch / leave

The classes are fantastic, and the studio is modern. However, some classes get packed with over 50 people, which isn't very pleasant or comfortable. Sometimes the rooms aren't clean, and the monthly fee is high. Even so, I’ve highly recommended it, and people keep signing up. I’m very happy there; I’m just mentioning the downsides—80 percent of it is highly recommended.
Love Westbend because the teachers are so upbeat and fun!!!
Only thing is, I think new weights need to be ordered. The ones with the metal handles. The weights now, are all peeling and cracking. They gross me out a bit!
But other than that this is my fav location in Fort Worth!!!!!

Great studio, people, and classes
I had a great time taking the HIIT class at CorePower Yoga! It was challenging, fun, and full of amazing energy. The upbeat, welcoming atmosphere left me feeling energized and accomplished. I highly recommend it for a fun workout!

CorePower Kapolei is a great studio with a wide variety of classes. The instructors are outstanding and create tailored, engaging experiences that truly connect with students. Gino, Mareen, and Ariyanah, in particular, are frequently mentioned by students for their ability to create meaningful connections and deliver exceptional classes.
I love the NW Quimby studio. It is well run by Michele and her staff. It is a special community!
