Another FANTASTIC class with one of your sub instructors, Pia. I noticed that there were students that came just for her and were asking when she will be teaching again. I overheard students talking about how they enjoyed her class.
It was GREAT to be part of a energetic and appreciative crowd. Pia sets herself apart from the minute you walk in the studio with her warm welcome, the class that is led in a challenging yet FUN way, and her check-ins with students on their way out. She shows alot of personality, makes you feel safe by always giving modifications and telling the group to listen to their body. Thank you for getting such a talented substitute for your studio!
I had a wonderful experience at the Fashion Island Core Power Yoga. I met the Studio Coordinator, Shabs, who was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I found out that she just hosted a special class and left the extra goodies for others to enjoy (thank you!).
She makes me want to return to take her class! :)
I traveled to this specific studio to take a class with one of their subs, Pia. She held a really motivating, strong, and FUN sculpt class. The energy was off the charts and I got a GREAT calorie burn.

Hello, I emailed Phoebe Barnes, the manager o CPY at La Canada), but never got a response; I had booked a Sculpt class on Monday 3/23 at 8:30am and wanted to cancel it hours before but the app was down. I know CPY has had issues with the app recently.
