I can practice every day
I attend both BH and WC studios now that I have finally gotten over the “no-free” parking restrictions at WC and I enjoy them both because of their outstanding instructors. After 1500 classes, I need variety in the style of class, the way it is taught, what is being taught and the routine itself. Attending both studios gives me those options most of the time, although I do prefer morning classes to evening which is a restriction I put on myself.
Starting with the facility is very nice and clean. It creates a sense of comfort. The instructor was incredible, Ariana was able to guide us through the entire experience with a perfect combination of music and patience. She created an ambience that was perfect for brewing inner peace in the middle of a storm. The workout itself was challenging as it gets, but like anything in life; the higher the challenge they higher the reward…
Staff is amazing, variety of classes fits everyone's needs, and number of classes each day is great.
The HPF class and instructor were excellent!

I appreciate thebkindness of the staff. The classes are awesome and it brings like-minded people together creating a safe community. I also really enjoy practicing in rhe studio facing the park to see the trees.

I appreciate how friendly the staff members are, very upbeat and helpful. And they seem sincere, not saccharine. Great offerings, and I appreciate the addition of more C1 classes! I had shared that feedback before. I've also noticed greater diversity across the instructor pool which is great to see, and encouraging for us older yogis ;)
One thing that could help improve my experience, and perhaps others, is to consider adding some small dots or a thin line around the room so that when we are in poses like inverted triangle, we have somewhere to focus.
As someone who wears glasses, when the lights are low and the walls and ceiling are so dark, the bright light around the floor doesn't help me with somewhere to ground my eye when needing to look up. So I get disoriented, especially in the heat. Doesn't need to be a string light, literally some small thin rule about 1.5-2 feet from the ceiling would be a simple lifesaver! Thanks for being open :)
I've enjoyed the teachers, flow, location, and studio. It is VERY hot, which is usually fine.
