I really like the instructors in all the classes I have attended!!! They are very informative and demonstrate the different position so you understand what they are asking you to do and they show different versions if your having trouble with the ones they are doing.

Ashley C led a challenging Sculpt class that helped my strength continue developing. Her demos and cues were spot on and I felt comfortable in all the movements she had us perform

There are 3-4 different types of class offered, but each is offered multiple times every day, at a variety of times each day, so if I want to do yoga but my schedule varies, I can make one or more classes every day.
Highly recommend this studio. Staff were so friendly and super helpful. Great class with an awesome instructor, good workout and great tunes!
Wide variety of beginner and advance options in every class
Very good flow in all classes, however it would be nice to end all classes with NAMASTE. Let’s continue to acknowledge the art form to its origins.
It’s just a greeting to welcome or bid goodbye to people. Please don’t succumb to the wokeness and change traditions.
The instructors really take their time to help you with your practice; they take the time to explain and demonstrate movements and expressions in a way that is meaningful and helpful no matter your experience. CorePower is the studio for anyone new to yoga and for the experienced yogi.

I throughly enjoy Steph’s class on Wednesdays at 3:30. The Yoga sculpt class is a wonderful addition to my exercise routine. The weights help with the toning and any age can take part. I love it!

Always a great place to work out
As a beginner, everyone is very very friendly and didn’t make me feel like I didn’t belong. I love the experience and the teacher was also very attentive in ensuring that I did the moves correctly without making me feel singled out. It’s a great place if you’re a beginner and everyone assured me that after two or three classes, I will no longer feel like a beginner, which was very comforting
First time back in ages and I am in terrible shape. The instructor was so awesome. Can't wait to go back.
